We understand that everyone has a busy schedule. Although it
is impossible for us to please everyone, we try our hardest to
accommodate our customers while still maintaining our routine
and busy schedule. Request special appointments when making
your pets reservation. We do not extend these hours.
"When available" our courtesy hours are as follows:
Sunday: Between 8:00pm - 8:30pm
Mon, Tues, & Thurs: Between 3:00pm - 3:30pm

A full days rate will be applied to above hours no matter
what time they checked in .... our rates are not hourly.
